Welcome readers old and new to this week’s edition of Best of Econtwitter. Please submit suggestions — very much including your own work! — over email or on Twitter @just_economics.
Heads up:
Twitter continues to block Substack from embedding tweets, for anticompetitive reasons. Some earlier anti-Substack actions were repealed, but the blocking of embeds remains…
In this week’s edition, there will be some manual screenshots (which if clicked will link to the underlying tweet), and also some raw links. Apologies and hopefully this will(?) be resolved ASAP.
Currently using tweetcapture to automate this, feedback welcome / alternative tool suggestions very welcome

I appreciate what you do!
Would it be possible to make the divisions between different papers more explicit? It can be tricky to tell the difference between "this tweet is a new paper" versus "this tweet comments on the previous paper".
Thank you!
